Marques Bolden Packs Stat Sheet In Pro Debut
Cleveland Cavaliers center Marques Bolden went perfect from the floor during Monday’s loss to the San Antonio Spurs in the Summer League opener. Bolden played 22 minutes and shot 5-for-5 from the field, finishing with 10 points, eight rebounds, three assists, three steals and two blocked shots. Bolden arrived at Duke in 2016 as a McDonald’s All-American, but delivered three pedestrian campaigns before going undrafted in the ‘19 NBA Draft. Summer League will be vital for Bolden to try and secure a spot on the Cleveland roster, and after packing the stat sheet in his debut, he’s off to a strong start.
