2 years agoSan Francisco 49ers running back Marlon Mack has officially joined the active roster. He was added to the practice squad after Elijah Mitchell (knee) went down with an injury. Now, Tyrion Davis-Price (ankle) is expected to miss time, which is why the 49ers need to bring up Mack. He's expected to compete with Jordan Mason for playing time as the backup. The expectation is that the 49ers will continue to ride with Jeff Wilson Jr. as their starter until Mitchell returns. Fantasy managers in need of help at running back should consider stashing Mack.
