The Vegas Golden Knights unceremoniously sent the reigning Vezina Trophy winner to the Chicago Blackhawks on Tuesday. Marc-Andre Fleury and his $7-million cap hit were swapped for prospect Mikael Hakkarainen, a Finnish center who played just 12 games last season and scored one point. The move frees up significant cap space for the cash-strapped organization but it's hard to envision the club getting better with this move. The savings will likely be used to resign veteran defenseman Alec Martinez and restricted forward Nolan Patrick. Fleury reportedly learned about the deal over social media and there is some thought that the 36-year-old future Hall of Famer will retire rather than relocate his family. Even if he plays, his fantasy value takes a big hit.--Marc Hulet - RotoBaller
