Malik Nabers Expected To Suit Up Against Commanders
3 weeks agoNew York Giants wide receiver Malik Nabers (knee) was added to the injury report on Thursday due to a knee issue, but it seems that this isn't too much of a concern to head coach Brian Daboll. He stated on Friday that Nabers will be "ready to play" on Sunday in their Week 2 matchup against the Washington Commanders. The rookie wideout caught five of his seven targets for 66 yards in his first-ever regular season NFL game. Without Nabers, the Giants' offense doesn't seem able to do much at all, so the fact that he's playing is big news for fantasy managers and the Giants' entire offense. Nabers finished in the flex range as WR32 in Week 1, but against one of the worst defenses in the league, Nabers garners WR2 value heading into this game against the Commanders. UPDATE: Nabers wasn't listed on the final injury report after being a full-go in Friday's practice.
