Philadelphia Phillies third baseman Maikel Franco is in the starting lineup for Sunday's game against the Miami Marlins. Franco was sent to the minors earlier this month, but was recalled with Bryce Harper (paternity) sidelined. Franco will get a chance here to do something with the bat against the struggling pitcher. He'll bat eighth and play third base versus righty Elieser Hernandez. It's not very often that Franco has fantasy value, but this might be one of the few games he does.--Andy Webb
