7/7:Kansas City Royals first baseman Lucas Duda is known for homers, but he's certainly never been known for his speed. Friday, he got the chance to do something he hadn't done in over six years. As a hard shot into the right field corner of Kauffman Stadium rattled around, Duda found himself rounding second and digging for third to snag his first triple since 2011, his rookie season. Duda's season hasn't been what the Royals hoped it would be as he's been sidelined with plantar fasciitis and has posted the worst HR/FB rate since his rookie year. While KC would love to move him for something at the trade deadline, his forgettable first half will likely kill their return for him, if they can trade him at all.--Billy Stonick - RotoBaller
