Lions D/ST Getting Healthier Up Front Heading into Week 13
The Detroit Lions' defense got lit up in Week 12, allowing 27 points to the New York Giants and 366 passing yards to backup quarterback Jameis Winston. Detroit has been vulnerable against the pass for much of the season, as it has allowed the seventh-most touchdown passes (21) in the NFL through 12 weeks. The Lions will now take on the Green Bay Packers in Week 13 on Thanksgiving Day. Green Bay has been a solid offense overall but has had some struggles of late, averaging just 17.5 points per game over the last four weeks. Detroit's defense will get defensive end Marcus Davenport (pectoral) back from Injured Reserve in Week 13, but will remain without star safety Kerby Joseph (knee) and could also be missing cornerback Terrion Arnold (concussion). All in all, the Detroit D/ST profiles as a borderline, low-end starting unit for fantasy managers in Week 13.
