Linus Ullmark Set To Return To Action
Ottawa Senators goaltender Linus Ullmark (back) is gearing up to return to the lineup. Leevi Merilainen, who improved to 8-3-1 with Saturday's 6-0 win over the Minnesota Wild, has been reassigned to the AHL by the Senators, indicating that Ullmark is ready to take over the crease on Monday against the Nashville Predators. Ullmark has missed 18 games with a back injury. He has put together a 12-7-2 record during his first year with the Senators, allowing 2.38 goals with a .915 save percentage and three shutouts. Ullmark's return is great news for Ottawa and fantasy managers alike. The team begins a pivotal four-game road trip on Monday.
