Lamar Jackson Ends The Season In Disappointing Fashion
11 months agoBaltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson entered the AFC Championship game on a hot streak after lighting up the Houston Texans for four total scores and 252 total yards. Unfortunately, the Kansas City Chiefs defense kept Jackson in check all game long and forced him into two key turnovers at big points in the game. Jackson finished the game with 272 yards through the air while completing 20 out of his 37 attempts for one touchdown and one interception. He also registered 54 yards on eight carries with one fumble from a strip sack. He was unable to get much of a rhythm against one of the best passing defenses in the league and the game plan went far away from the run. He remains the likely winner for the MVP this year and Jackson cashed in another big-time season. After his first-ever AFC Championship experience, he'll try to correct his postseason mistakes next year.
