Kyrie Irving Bounces Back Against Pistons
6 years agoBoston Celtics point guard Kyrie Irving recorded his season high in scoring on Tuesday. Irving scored 31 points on 10-for-16 shooting from the field. Irving connected on 4-for-7 of his three-pointers and netted 7-for-8 free-throws. This was a huge improvement for Irving who had scored just three points in his previous outing. Irving also added five rebounds and five assists to his line in Tuesday's win. It's been an up and down year for Irving but perhaps he is ready to turn the corner and play up to expectation from here on out. The Celtics host the Bucks on Thursday in what should be an important matchup for Kyrie.
