Kyle Lowry Drops Fourth Consecutive Double-Double
6 years agoToronto Raptors point guard Kyle Lowry dropped a career-high fourth consecutive double-double on Friday night in a win over the Dallas Mavericks. The all-star point guard had 20 points on 8-for-14 shooting, to go along with 12 assists, four rebounds, three three-pointers, and one block, in 35 minutes. It has been an outstanding start to the season for Lowry, whose levels of passing and efficiency have been something to marvel at. He’s now leading the league in assists-per-game with 10.3 on the season. Furthermore, Lowry is shooting 57.5 percent from the field and 52.8 percent from downtown. It seems playing with a true superstar, like Kawhi Leonard, has been nothing but a positive for Lowry. Anybody worried about his production without best friend DeMar DeRozan, can lay those worries to rest. Lowry will look to continue his hot start when the Raptors take on the Milwaukee Bucks on Monday, in what will surely be a fantastic game.
