Kristaps Porzingis In Danger Of Missing Second Consecutive Game
9 months agoBoston Celtics forward/center Kristaps Porzingis (quadriceps) is considered questionable for Tuesday's clash with Cleveland. The Latvian big man came out of the lineup with a left quadriceps contusion on Sunday versus Golden State. Al Horford made his 23rd start of the campaign In Porzingis' stead, while Xavier Tillman Sr. saw 18 minutes off the bench and Luke Kornet logged 11 minutes. The minutes for the latter two were inflated due to a one-sided game. Horford has regularly seen 30-plus minutes as a starter, averaging 9.3 points, 7.0 rebounds, and 3.5 assists in the role. He'll be leaned on heavily against Cleveland's big lineup if Porzingis isn't available.
