The No. 4 car started ninth and finished ninth in the Spring. Furthermore, Harvick has not led a lap on the 0.526-mile track since 2016. His car on the 750HP package just does not have the speed or downforce to stay near the front. Harvick might be near Chase Elliott and no matter what is said, the question has to be asked.
