In 1:45 of action, Silva tallied three significant strikes compared to none being landed by Ketlen Souza. Silva immediately brought the contest to the mat. Working her way down, Silva locked onto her opponent's leg and earned a leg lock for the win. The victory moved her to 2-0 in the UFC.
