Jusuf Nurkic Plays 18 Minutes in Blazers Win
6 years agoPortland Trail Blazers center Jusuf Nurkic had a very quiet performance in the team's win over the Pacers on Monday. Nurkic logged just 18 minutes and posted just five points on 2-for-6 shooting including one made three-pointer. The Bosnian reeled in five rebounds and dished out two assists in the outing. He saw a season low in floor-time, as the 18 minute outing was certainly disappointing. It was his second consecutive five point game, and while the Blazers lean more heavily upon Zach Collins, Nurkic's fantasy value seems to be faltering. With four more games remaining this week, Nurkic will be looking to bounce back and cement his spot in the team's rotation. On the season, Nurkic is averaging 13.0 points, 9.5 rebounds and 0.8 blocks per game.
