Winnipeg Jets defenseman Josh Morrissey tallied two assists during their overtime victory over the Colorado Avalanche on Wednesday evening. In the second frame, Morrissey would tally the secondary assist on Morgan Barron's fifth goal of the season. Later in the period, Morrissey would dish out the primary assist on Gabe Vilardi's 20th goal of the campaign. He also added four shots on goal. Over his previous ten games, Morrissey has tallied six helpers with two goals and averaged 2.3 shots on goal per game. The 29-year-old has been an integral part of the Winnipeg offense, as he has tallied 42 points (five goals, 37 helpers) across 49 games. Given his offensive contributions, he remains a strong play in DFS and a must-start player in all standard leagues.--Andy Smith
