Josh Gordon A Touchdown-Dependent Play In Week 9
6 years agoNew England Patriots wide receiver Josh Gordon on the season has 17 catches for 266 yards and one touchdown through six games. Gordon made headlines off the field for being late to a team meeting and was benched for the first few plays. The mercurial receiver needs to continue to earn the trust of the Patriots organization and his play on the field can be affected by what happens off of it. He will go up against a Packers defense in Week 9 that is allowing the 13th most fantasy points to opposing receivers this season. Green Bay has been stingy in terms of allowing yards to pass-catchers but have surrendered 12 touchdowns to receivers through eight games. Gordon's fantasy production will be tied to finding the end zone in Week 9. Otherwise, Gordon is a risky play based on his limited volume of targets.
