Josh Allen 2024 Outlook: Still the QB1 While Being Asked to Do More with Less
7 months agoBuffalo Bills QB Josh Allen has finished as a Top 3 fantasy QB in each of the last four seasons, eclipsing 24 PPG in 2024. However, this offseason brought about some big changes in Buffalo as a handful of veterans were either traded or let go by the front office in an effort to bring in some youth. Allen will be without his top two wideouts in yardage from last year: WR Stefon Diggs and WR Gabe Davis, but the Bills drafted WR Keon Coleman from Florida State with pick No. 33 overall in the 2024 NFL Draft. 2023 first-rounder, TE Dalton Kincaid will look to build on an impressive rookie season while competing for targets with WR Curtis Samuel, WR Khalil Shakir, RB James Cook, and Coleman. Allen has been such a dynamo for scoring fantasy points with his legs (2,049 yards rushing and 28 TDs over the last three years) and offers such rare elite upside among QBs in fantasy. What's even more impressive about Allen is that he's finished as a Top 5 weekly QB in 29 of his last 50 starts dating back to 2021. He remains the QB1 in all formats even though he'll be asked to put the offense even more on his back for 2024.
