Joonas Korpisalo Hopes To Stay Perfect With His New Team
2 years agoLos Angeles Kings goaltender Joonas Korpisalo will try to keep his winning streak going Saturday against Vancouver. The Finnish netminder has won all three starts since joining the Kings at the start of the month. He has registered a 2.00 goals-against average with a .929 save percentage. Korpisalo is definitely happy with the move after getting lit up regularly as a member of the Columbus Blue Jackets. He had a 3.17 goals-against average this season with his old club and hasn't managed to keep the number under 3.00 since 2019-20. The Canucks can score in bunches, but they have gone a poor 29-33-5 for the season, so Korpisalo should have a good chance to continue his winning start on his new team.
