According to Sarah McLellan of Star Tribune Sports, Minnesota Wild defenseman Jonas Brodin (lower body) is expected to return on Tuesday evening to face the Boston Bruins. Brodin has been sidelined during the previous 12 games due to this injury. Fantasy managers should continue to monitor his status leading up to Tuesday's contest, as he would have to be activated off the injured reserve before the game. Before his injury, Brodin found the back of the net four times and added 12 helpers across 31 games. The 31-year-old logged 51 shots on goal, 17 hits, and 67 blocked shots. When he does return, fantasy managers should expect Brodin to slot in on the second defensive pairing alongside Jared Spurgeon and the second power-play unit.--Andy Smith - RotoBaller
