In an expected move, the Kansas City Royals revealed that outfielder Jon Jay will act as their leadoff man on Opening Day. Jay is basically useless in the fantasy sphere due to his rare combination of no speed or power. Six years ago, Jay stole 19 bases, but over the last three years, he's only combined for five home runs and eight stolen bases.
