8/17:Minnesota Twins first baseman Joe Mauer had a vintage performance Thursday, going 2-for-4 with a single, a double, a walk, and three runs scored. On a day when the Twins would go on to score 15 runs, it's a bit surprising that Mauer didn't drive any in but he proved productive regardless. The 35-year-old is obviously not what he used to be, but he's hitting .272 with 42 runs scored. There is still some fantasy value to be had with Mauer.--Mo Castillo - RotoBaller
