Joc Pederson Records Three-Hit Night In Win
6 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers outfielder Joc Pederson went 3-for-3 with a run scored in Monday's 9-5 win against the New York Mets. He was lifted in the sixth inning for pinch hitter Kike Hernandez, but it was because the Mets brought in a left-handed reliever, Daniel Zamora. The move worked like a charm for manager Dave Roberts, too, as Hernandez deposited Zamora's offering into the seats for a three-run home run. Pederson has recorded two or more hits in four straight games, and five of the past six outings while scoring a run in four straight outings with four RBI over the past four contests. Despite the hot run Pederson is likely to sit on Tuesday vs. LHP Steven Matz.
