Jimmy Butler Nearly Finishes With A Triple-Double
2 years agoMiami Heat forward Jimmy Butler came very close to his first triple-double of the season on Monday when he had 24 points, 10 rebounds and nine assists in a 112-108 loss to Denver. He shot 8-for-18 from the field, including 1-for-2 from downtown, and had a 7-for-7 record at the foul line. In 32 minutes, Butler also picked up a steal and had only one turnover. Butler's shot has been a bit off for a while, but he continues to cook up good lines with his versatility. He is averaging 21.5 points, 6.3 rebounds, 5.7 assists and 1.5 steals through the first couple of weeks of the month.
