Winnipeg Jets center Sean Monahan won't be going anywhere this offseason if the team has its way. According to Ken Wiebe and Mike McIntyre of The Winnipeg Free Press, there appears to be a "full-court press" from the Jets to retain Monahan, who is coming off a one-year, $2 million deal. Winnipeg acquired Monahan from Montreal in February, and the 29-year-old had a productive spell as the second-line center, posting 24 points (13 goals, 11 assists) in 34 games with the team. Monahan also managed to prove his health in 2023-24, featuring in 83 regular-season contests across two teams. He registered 59 points (26 goals, 23 assists) overall.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
