Jazz Chisholm Goes Hitless In His Return To The Lineup
4 years agoMiami Marlins rookie second baseman/shortstop Jazz Chisholm (ankle) returned to the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against the Toronto Blue Jays. He went hitless, going 0-for-4 with two strikeouts. That dropped his batting average to .275 and his OPS to .807. Coming back from an ankle injury that kept him out of the lineup for about a week, it could take Jazz a couple more at bats to get back on track. He's expected to play shortstop most of the time while Miguel Rojas (finger) is on the injured list.
