Jasson Dominguez Returns To Triple-A
4 months agoNew York Yankees outfield prospect Jasson Dominguez has been sent back to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. Dominguez, the Yankees No.1 prospect per MLB Pipeline appeared in Sunday's contest, but went 0-for-4 with three strikeouts. The talented outfielder recovered from Tommy John surgery earlier in the year, but then had another set back with an oblique injury. When on the field, the 21-year-old has been productive with a .298 batting average to go along with seven homers and 24 RBI in 40 games. He is likely to return to the Yankees during September call-ups and will be worth rostering in all formats when that happens.
