Jamal Murray Leads Nuggets To Game 1 Win With 34 Points
2 years agoDenver Nuggets guard Jamal Murray opened the second-round series against Phoenix in superb form, scoring a game-high 34 points in Saturday's 125-107 win. He shot 13-for-24 from the field, including 6-for-10 from downtown, en route to his second consecutive 30-point performance. Murray was one assist short of a double-double and pulled down five rebounds while collecting two steals in 37 minutes. The Canadian star has built himself a reputation as a very good playoff performer, and Murray has lived up to it in 2023 by averaging 28.3 points per game in the postseason with 46.2 percent shooting from downtown.
