3 months agoSan Antonio Spurs center Jakob Poeltl picked up his first double-double of the season on Saturday, finishing a 111-104 win over the Knicks with 11 points and 10 rebounds. He had a perfect 5-for-5 record from the field and he also managed to provide one block on the defensive end. Poeltl has replaced Trey Lyles in the starting unit lately and he's done a decent job. The Austrian won't do anything outstanding, but he puts in decent shifts on the glass and picks up a few defensive stats. He's very unlikely to offer anything offensively against the Lakers, who have allowed the second-fewest points to centers this season.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
