Washington Capitals defenseman Jakob Chychrun (upper body) was at team practice in a regular jersey, but doesn't seem to be ready to go for Friday's contest against the Pittsburgh Penguins. Chychrun has missed the last four games due to an upper-body injury suffered on October 29, but he is progressing and should return soon. The Caps play the St. Louis Blues on Saturday, and there is a chance Chychrun returns for that game. When he returns, expect him to play top-four minutes with some time on both the powerplay and penalty kill. He should provide some scoring and decent peripherals for fantasy, making him a solid lower-end defenseman in standard leagues.--Matt Garon - RotoBaller
