7 years agoArizona Diamondbacks third baseman Jake Lamb (shoulder) was reinstated from the disabled list and will be in Friday's lineup against the Mets. Lamb has been sidelined since injuring his shoulder on April 3. His absence was longer than initially expected, as he suffered elbow tendinitis while rehabbing the sprained AC joint in his shoulder. Lamb will be a welcome addition to the sputtering Diamondbacks offense and should be owned in most mixed leagues for his power. However, keep in mind that he has continued to struggle against left-handers, so he may be forced into a platoon role at the hot corner.--Jonathan Chan - Rotoballer
