7 years agoBrooklyn Nets center Jahlil Okafor had another promising game off the bench for the Nets on Tuesday night. He was only able to score five points, but the number that stood out for him was 13 rebounds, including three offensive rebounds. Rebounding has never been a strong suit for Okafor, as he has always been known as a low-post scorer who had very little defense and rebounding in his game. The game before he had 21 points and now he recorded 13 rebounds. If he can start to do those things in the same games, then the Nets are going to come out of that trade looking like bandits. At the very least, he is starting to show glimpses of his upside that made him the third overall pick in the draft. He isn’t ready to be a fantasy contributor yet, but that time could come soon.--Bash Mike
