Jaguars A Mid-Tier Defense For Week 12 at Arizona
The Jacksonville Jaguars' defense is tied with the Los Angeles Rams for the third-most takeaways this season with 18, trailing only the Houston Texans and Chicago Bears. However, they are pretty mediocre when they aren't able to generate turnovers, allowing the seventh most passing yards per game (236.9). But they have been stout against the run, allowing just 86.7 yards per game, second only to the New England Patriots. Jacksonville travels west to face Jacoby Brissett and the Arizona Cardinals on the road. Despite Brissett completing an NFL record 47 passes for 452 yards, the Cardinals have also turned the ball over five times in the past two weeks. Brissett could exploit Jacksonville's poor pass defense, but turnovers will likely be the recipe to success again for the Jaguars' defense, as they have forced at least one in all but two games this season. Jacksonville ranks as RotoBaller's 13th defense for Week 12.
