Buffalo Sabres defenseman Jacob Bernard-Docker (non-injury related) will not be available to play on Monday evening when the Sabres host the Edmonton Oilers. Bernard-Docker was unable to play in their previous contest due to visa issues. Bernard-Docker was traded to Buffalo alongside forward Josh Norris from Ottawa at the trade deadline. Bernard-Docker has appeared in 25 contests this season in Ottawa and has scored one goal and added three helpers. Through this stint, he has logged 18 shots on goal and added 21 hits and 25 blocked shots. Last season, he appeared in 72 NHL games and tallied 14 points with 62 hits and an impressive 156 blocked shots. Once this visa issue is cleared, he will likely have an everyday spot in the Buffalo defense.--Andy Smith - RotoBaller
