Jackson Holliday Will Be Reinstated From Injured List On Tuesday
6 months agoBaltimore Orioles top infield prospect Jackson Holliday (elbow) will be reinstated off the injured list for Triple-A Norfolk on Tuesday. The MLB Pipeline's top prospect will serve as a designated hitter for a few weeks as he progresses from right elbow inflammation. Holliday is hitting .270/.433/.466 with seven homers, 28 RBI, 55 runs scored, and five stolen bases with Norfolk. He faltered in his initial call-up in April, hitting .059/.111/.059 with one RBI and 18 strikeouts in 34 at-bats, but there is a strong chance Holliday will receive another opportunity with the Orioles after the All-Star Break. Fantasy managers will have to wait a little longer before Holliday unleashes his potential, but he remains a must-stash in redraft leagues.
