Buffalo Sabres star center Jack Eichel remains out indefinitely with a high ankle sprain. Next Sunday will be four weeks since he was injured, and with an initial return timeline of four to six weeks, he could be nearing a return. Keep in mind that he also suffered a high ankle sprain in 2016 and took seven weeks to return to the lineup.
