Carolina Hurricanes defenseman Jaccob Slavin scored a goal along with adding three shots on goal and two blocks in the 4-3 victory over the Chicago Blackhawks. Slavin now has goals in two straight games and puts his season totals at two goals and five assists for seven points in 16 games. Slavin has always been a top defenseman outside the realm of fantasy hockey, however, his talent on-ice has never really translated to fantasy.
