Carolina Hurricanes defenseman Jaccob Slavin will not dress due to a lower-body injury as his team takes on the Nashville Predators on Monday. The 27-year-old was forced to depart Saturday's contest after just 7:13 of ice time for what the team deemed as precautionary. With the division already clinched and Slavin listed as day-to-day, it makes sense for the Hurricanes to hold him out of the final regular season game. The Colorado native has posted 15 points (three goals, 12 assists), a plus-22 rating and 101 shots while averaging 22:59 of ice time in 52 games in 2020-2021.--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
