Anaheim Ducks center Isac Lundestrom has been ruled out until January after undergoing surgery for a torn Achilles. He reportedly suffered the injury a few weeks back while running sprints in his native Sweden. Lundestrom also had some injury issues last season and was limited to only 61 games. He totaled 14 points (four goals, 10 assists) as Anaheim's third-line center. Overall, the former first-round pick had managed 26 goals and 58 points in 212 career appearances. Lundestrom will mostly be missed defensively by the Ducks, with the 23-year-old having averaged two minutes of penalty-killing time.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
