Brooklyn Nets shooting guard/small forward Iman Shumpert is tagged as doubtful to play Wednesday versus the Charlotte Hornets due to left knee soreness. Without Kyrie Irving in the equation, Shumpert has come off the bench and played an average of 18.8 minutes per night over his last 12 games. While he is yet to score in double figures in any of those outings, he has provided defensive contributions, albeit ones that are more valuable to Brooklyn than fantasy owners. Garrett Temple and Joe Harris could see extended workloads Wednesday without Shumpert in the mix, as his next best chance at suiting up comes Saturday versus Toronto.--Jesse Borek
