1 year agoKansas City Royals starting pitcher Ian Kennedy moved to 1-8 on the season by taking the loss against the Mariners on Friday night, and to rub salt in the proverbial wound, he left early due to pain in his side. It's unclear how bad the injury is at the moment, but if Kennedy were to have to hit the disabled list, it wouldn't be any great loss for the Royals pitching staff. Kennedy hasn't won a game in nearly three months, and he's one of the worst qualified starters in the league in just about every measurable category.--Billy Stonick - RotoBaller
