Hunter Henry 2025 Fantasy Football Outlook: Unlikely To Be Difference-Maker
Hunter Henry finished last season as the 12th-ranked tight end in normal PPR scoring leagues. While Patriots quarterback Drake Maye showed plenty of promise, there's little reason to think Henry will continue to produce at a reasonable level. He didn't show many impressive reps on film. The major driver of his production was the absolute lack of talent in the pass-catcher room in New England. Now, there's plenty more competition in the building, with wide receivers Stefon Diggs and Kyle Williams joining the show. To make matters worse, near the end of the season, Henry started to lose routes and snaps to backup TE Austin Hooper, who similarly did not play impressively. Henry is likely to lose plenty of targets to Williams and Diggs, and thus registers as a low-end TE2 for the 2025 NFL season in fantasy football.
