7 years agoThe Kansas City Royals have recalled corner infielder/outfielder Hunter Dozier from Triple-A Omaha to fill in for the injured Lucas Duda. Dozier has valuable third base eligibility in most formats, but he'll be filling in at first base while he's up. Dozier is a former top prospect whose window of opportunity is closing due to his age (26 years old), injuries that cost him all of 2017, and generally unimpressive performance at Triple-A. Dozier is slotted in the ninth hole on Monday, and fantasy owners should be safe to ignore him unless he suddenly starts knocking the cover off the ball.--Billy Stonick - RotoBaller
