Hudson Fasching Sitting On Monday With Illness
New York Islanders right wing Hudson Fasching (illness) will not suit up on Monday evening against the Columbus Blue Jackets due to an illness. As a result, Adam Boqvist (upper body) will return to the starting lineup and likely play on the third offensive line alongside Casey Cizikas and Pierre Engvall. Over his previous three contests, Fasching tallied one point and added seven shots on goal with two hits and three blocked shots. However, before this stretch, Fasching tallied just one helper over his previous nine contests with just seven total shots on goal. Through 31 total games this season, Fasching has seen his offensive production decline significantly, as he has not scored a goal and only added two helpers. Last season, he tallied 14 points in 45 games. Boqvist is a high-risk play in DFS competitions this evening.
