Henry Bolte Sees Major Improvement In May
6 months agoOakland Athletics outfield prospect Henry Bolte posted an impressive .309/.464/.588 line with five home runs, 20 RBI, 11 swiped bags, and a 22:32 BB:K ratio. This is a significant improvement compared to his April line of .265/.344/.458 with three home runs, 15 RBI, nine swiped bags, and a much lower 8:36 BB:K ratio. Bolte spent all of last season with Single-A Stockton and held a .257/.356/.421 line with 14 home runs and a poor 62:164 BB:K ratio. The former second-round pick is projected to reach the major leagues in 2026, so he should be expected to remain with High-A for the rest of the summer. The 20-year-old should stay on your waiver wire for now but could be worth stashing in dynasty leagues if he continues to lower his strikeout rate and showcase his strong power and speed combination.
