Greg Dortch Is A Streaming Option In Deep Leagues In Week 3
6 months agoDespite a favorable matchup against the Rams, Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Greg Dortch could not replicate his solid Week 1 performance in Week 2. His targets dropped significantly, from eight in Week 1 to just two in Week 2. The good news for fantasy managers is that this was likely due to the game script, as the Cardinals built an early lead and leaned on James Conner and the run game, coasting to a 41-10 victory over the Rams. Dortch will look to bounce back against the Detroit Lions on Sunday. In Week 3 against the Lions, Dortch faces another favorable matchup against slot cornerback Amik Robertson, who has been burned by Cooper Kupp (ankle) and Chris Godwin in back-to-back weeks. This game is expected to be more competitive, meaning the Cardinals are less likely to shift to a run-heavy approach as early as they did in Week 2. While Dortch may not yet be a consistent fantasy option, with this favorable matchup, he remains a streaming consideration for managers in deep PPR leagues.

Greg Dortch Scores Two Touchdowns In Week 18
3 months agoArizona Cardinals wide receiver Greg Dortch had his best performance of the season in the 47-24 win over the San Francisco 49ers. Dortch had an increased role in this game with wide receiver Michael Wilson (hamstring) out of the lineup. Dortch's official stat line was four catches for 47 yards and two touchdowns. Dortch wasn't as involved in the Cardinals' offense as some had expected this season; however, his performance at the end of the year proved he is still capable of making plays when given the opportunity. It will be interesting to see what Dortch's role will be with the Cardinals heading into next season.

Greg Dortch Unlikely To Succeed In Week 18
3 months agoArizona Cardinals wide receiver Greg Dortch has struggled to make a significant impact on the field throughout the season. Dortch has been mostly quiet outside of a 60-yard performance in Week 16. Since then, Dortch has four receptions for 37 yards over the last two games. Last week, Dortch hauled in three receptions, but it didn't add up to much yardage. He's currently the third wideout on the roster, but is probably the fourth passing option with tight end Trey McBride ahead of him. That being said, Dortch isn't a trustworthy option for the Week 18 matchup against the San Francisco 49ers.

Greg Dortch Hauls In All Three Targets Saturday
3 months agoArizona Cardinals wide receiver Greg Dortch caught all three of his targets for 18 yards during Saturday's Week 17 loss to the Los Angeles Rams. The 26-year-old continued to see limited offensive participation, playing just 32 percent of snaps, which ranked fourth among all Cardinals wide receivers. He had modest volume through the air and hasn't scored double-digit fantasy points since Week 1. As he continues to operate behind three other impact receivers, Dortch remains off the fantasy radar in most leagues.

Greg Dortch Avoidable For Week 17
3 months agoArizona Cardinals wide receiver Greg Dortch hasn't been too impactful on the field lately. Last week, Dortch hauled in his lone target for 19 yards while rushing the ball once for eight yards. The 26-year-old hasn't seen a ton of the field lately. Dortch only saw 30 percent of the offensive snaps last week and played even less the week before that. It seems unlikely that Dortch is going to do anything on the field worth starting him against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 17.
