Goran Dragic 2019 Player Outlook
5 years agoMiami Heat point guard Goran Dragic enters the upcoming season penciled in as the starting point guard for the Heat. Coming off a frustrating season that all owners can relate too, Dragic managed to suit up in just 36 games last season due to knee surgery and nearly got moved in the Jimmy Butler trade. He has stated this offseason that his knee is doing good, but we can assume at this point, he is not in the Heat's long-term plans. Justice Winslow showed some promise at the point last season and with the addition of Butler who is an above-average ballhandler, we can assume it is a matter of time before Dragic gets moved, possibly to a contender. He is on the wrong side of 30 and it is a bit of mystery of how much gas is left in the Slovenians tank.
