Gleyber Torres Moved To Three-Spot For Game 5
5 years agoNew York Yankees infielder Gleyber Torres will start and hit third in Game 5 of the ALCS against the Astros. Torres has been the only consistent offensive threat for the Yankees over the last week and continues to get elevated in the lineup. The 22-year-old has been fantastic throughout the entire postseason, slashing .345/.406/.793 with three home runs, four doubles and 10 runs batted in through 29 postseason at-bats. Torres is slugging .706 in the ALCS and the Yankees need him now more than ever in this elimination game.
