Gabriel Vilardi Considered Week-To-Week
Winnipeg Jets forward Gabriel Vilardi (upper body) has been labeled week-to-week. He is facing a spell on the sidelines due to an upper-body injury. Vilardi's absence will be a big blow for Winnipeg's power play, as he leads the team with 12 power-play goals and has totaled 25 points with the man advantage. He has notched a career-high 61 points (27 goals, 34 assists) in 71 appearances overall this season. Alex Iafallo is expected to replace Vilardi on the first line and the top power-play unit. In a limited role, Iaffallo has produced 24 points (11 goals, 13 assists) in 71 appearances. He could be significantly more productive with top-line minutes.
