Florida Panthers winger Frank Vatrano was traded to the New York Rangers on Wednesday for a fourth-round pick in the 2022 NHL Draft. The Panthers cleared up over $2.5 million of cap room with the move, while the Rangers add a winger who is nearing 100 career goals. Vatrano failed to establish himself as a top-six forward as a Panther, but he generates a lot of shots and it's helped him to get nine goals and 19 points this season despite averaging only 12:11 of ice time. His career numbers stand at 93 goals and 157 points through 379 appearances. The 28-year-old sniper could be an intriguing fantasy piece if he finds a way to stick in the top six in New York.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
